Divorce mediation empowers you to make all decisions that will shape your future life. The meetings are conducted in a warm non-threating atmosphere where you and your spouse decide what will be best for both of you as you enter a new experience after divorce. My twenty-five years of experience and my divorce mediation training will provide assistance and guidance to help you identify assets and liabilities; together, we will develop a parenting plan, if necessary, that has the best interests of your children as the focal point. The process is concluded with the scribing and filing of your separation and divorce settlement agreement.
The cost of the entire process is significantly lower than the traditional method involving lawyers who represent each of you and require large retainer fees and high hourly rates. There are no losers in mediation.

MEDIATION / ARBITRATION

In addition, I'm trained and qualified to mediate and arbitrate in the public and private sector. I currently serve as an arbitrator for Lawyer's Fees and Lemon Law disputes and mediate for PERB (Public Employment Relations Board).
I served as a neutral in conflicts between individuals and small groups as well as impasses that exist with large Employee/Employer groups.
